Return Policy

Items that have custom design elements may not be returned. Please note that we recommend against using your own artwork for quality reasons and a refund will not be issued if you are unhappy with the final product if your own artwork is used. If a mistake be made on our part, we will reprint or provide a credit for the misprinted piece. If there is an error with the wording and/or design that was approved by the client, the cost of reprinting is the responsibility of the client.

Handmade Paper

The handmade paper is created by hand which means there may small variations in size and color. There may also be fibers and speckles within the paper depending on what process was used to make it. We feel that the variations in the paper make it special and truly one-of-a-kind.

The United States Postal Service

The Stuffing, Stamping, Sealing, Submission to Post Office Service we provide is provided as a complimentary service for our clients. We carefully prepare your invitations for mailing and submit them, in person, at the post office to be hand canceled* (*if available). Should you prefer to handle the mailing yourself, we are not liable for any discrepancies between suggested rates at your post office.

Once invitations are in the possession of the United States Postal Service (USPS), we can no longer be responsible for any damage to or loss of items (things like improper postal handling, postal or shipping equipment damage, inclement weather, or other situations beyond our control). The ultimate date the invitations are delivered to your guests is determined solely by the USPS and their current carriage timeline. Once we submit your items to the USPS, we will confirm to you via email the total quantity of invitations submitted, the date and time when submitted for mailing and the USPS location where submitted for mailing. We are not liable for any delays or issues that occur with USPS once the pieces leave our hands.
